Absolutely EXCELLENT operation! Diligent did windows and doors for me about a year ago, and just installed a new roof. They are a WELL OILED MACHINE with such a friendly and reliable staff. Patrick, Scott, Nick, Stephanie and Danielle all went the extra mile for us!!

The response from Diligent is misleading, they did come out with the provia rep, it was clear that they had coordinated their response. Neither party had any thermal imaging or humidity meter they just did a visual inspection on a couple windows while slapping each other on the back about the outstanding job that was done. Neither party looked outside at the missing caulking on the outside pictures dont lie. I have my doubts about additional insulation being added and will find out soon as it warms up. Ignore their response nothing has been resolved. Had 18 provia windows installed, nearly half the windows had missing or damaged seals and the plastic window tilt latches came off in my hand when trying to tilt the window. Installation went ok they did it in a day, dont believe they were sufficiently insulated you can feel air coming in the frames . Windows quality control is definitely substandard, I would avoid provia . The diligent folks came out and fixed all the issues with the missing seals after filing a warranty resolution . Windows still getting horrible condensation. UPDATE: first cold day and these provia windows are condensating and dripping like a waterfall. Do not buy these windows. THE SAGA CONTINUES. Got cold last night window condensation worse than before. May need to escalate. Provia rep came out said windows were perfect of course and blamed it on humidity. Bought a meter and humidity throughout the house was 34 % not the problem. My guess it either the installers didnt insulate well enough considering they didnt caulk all the flashing or the seals are still insufficient. Would have to remove flashing to find out. Neither party was willing to check. Soon as it warms up I'll get someone to remove the flashing and see what the issue is and go from there.

Response from the owner:We take feedback seriously and want to provide clarity for anyone reviewing this project. Diligent installed 18 ProVia vinyl windows for this customer. Shortly after installation, a warranty concern was raised regarding missing or damaged seals. Those items were promptly addressed and resolved through ProVia’s warranty process. Regarding condensation: multiple in-person inspections were conducted, including inspections by both the manufacturer’s representative and the supplier’s representative. All parties independently confirmed that: The windows are performing properly and as designed The installation was completed correctly and to a superb standard No manufacturing defects were present Condensation on interior glass is a well-documented and common occurrence in homes with elevated indoor humidity—particularly after installing new, energy-efficient windows that significantly reduce air leakage. This was explained in detail, supported with manufacturer literature, temperature readings, and third-party evaluations. Diligent also exceeded standard installation practices by: Ordering all windows factory foam-wrapped at no additional cost Applying additional spray foam as needed to ensure airtight seals to framing Coordinating and facilitating manufacturer and supplier inspections on the customer’s behalf when direct outreach attempts were unsuccessful Despite these efforts and confirmations, the customer has continued to attribute condensation to product failure, which has been independently disproven by the manufacturer. We stand fully behind our workmanship and professionalism. While we respect differing opinions, the installation and product performance were thoroughly reviewed and confirmed to be in proper working order. Any further claims related to manufacturing must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Our priority has always been transparency, responsiveness, and doing what is right for the homeowner.

A couple years after install you'll begin to notice things that leave you wondering if you chose the right contractor. The corner cutting you don't notice right away because you are not an expert become aparent after some time living with it. The people you work with to plan the project are going to be vastly different than those working it. None of their marketing shows who's going to do the install. From what I experienced, they send someone in to install, you try to detail everything you find wrong and they send in one of the smiling faces you see on the website to dress it up enough you'll hand over the check. I'm left wondering what else is wrong where I can't see.

5 Stars! Outstanding Service, Quality, and Attention to Detail I was thrilled with the work Diligent did on my home! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough. Nick, the Project Manager, was incredible to work with. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve worked and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire project. Nick was not only incredibly handy but also communicated exceptionally well, keeping me informed and making sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail was second to none, and it was clear he truly cares about delivering a quality result. Todd, the Salesperson, helped me pick the perfect windows and siding. He had a great eye for design and knew exactly what would look best on my home. I was unsure about the modern black windows, but Todd assured me they would complement my white house beautifully—and he was right! The end result is stunning. Seth, one of the owners, also took the time to visit the site and check in on the progress, which I really appreciated. It's clear that this company values customer satisfaction and takes pride in the work they do. As for the installation, I was very impressed with how efficiently everything was done. The window team had all the windows in place within 3 hours, which was incredibly fast! The siding and gutters took 3 days, but it was all very reasonable, and they didn’t rush the process. I also noticed that they were very mindful of their surroundings—they took extra care to check the mulch beds for nails and screws and used caulking to seal everything properly. It was evident they cared about the details. Overall, I’m beyond happy with the work that was done, and I would definitely recommend Diligent to anyone in need of window or siding services. My experience was fantastic from start to finish!

Diligent replaced our cedar board and batten siding on our house. We are so impressed with all of the team. They certainty live up to their name Diligent. Diligent is amazing! After receiving other quotes that were so far out of our price range I started thinking we would never be able to afford the exterior upgrades to our home we were hoping for. Todd came out for a visit and had an extremely reasonable quote which was stuck by at the end of our remodel.
